Advent 2019

Ending the decade with a bang!

First up, making little goodie bags to hand out at our Stake day at the Denver Giving Machines.  These youth banged out 750 bags in under an hour!Blake gets to meet an eagle!Making Christmas Peep houses.  Josh’s is more of a horror house….Teacher giftsMiddle School band kids playing Christmas Carols at several assisted living centers one evening.  It was so fun!The Colfax Community Network Christmas Party.  We’re so glad to be able to help at this event again this year.  We were stationed in the wrapping room.  And Halle got to meet the Mayor of Aurora!  Halle made adorable Christmas pancakes on a Saturday morningA night we look forward to all year–CHRISTMAS BINGO!Christmas Sunday family picAnother family favorite, fondue under the Christmas Tree. Erie Country Christmas Parade.  So fun to have both these two marching this year. Watching the Golf Club’s annual fireworks with hot chocolate on the roof.  I loved this!Our very last Black Rock Gives Back.  Ending of an era.  Josh and I help with the donations and Blake was an excellent singer.  Our little school community collected 4248 lbs of food for the Erie Food Bank. Llama Pajamas!!!Snacks for the many, many delivery drivers who came to our porch this Christmas season.Visiting ICE at Gaylord of the Rockies.  This was so fun!  It’s amazing that all these sculptures are made of ice.  2nd Annual White Elephant Party.
