






We tried to explode Watermelons with Rubber bands, only with mild success. It takes like 300 rubber bands! But it was fun to try.

Purple turtle burgers and shakes! Girls Tea Guys and Dolls at Hale Center Theater Off to McDonalds they go! 24th of July fun The drought in Utah is so bad that fireworks were mostly banned. So we had a little fun with smoke bombs, flowers, and sparklers EFY Special Edition SLC. This year they went to the UofU and learned about all the church history sites in SLC. Country Club fun. You better believe it included ice cream cones. The old men still go it! They beat the young ones, but just by a hair. More Runs to McD in in the tractor Cory convinced Rusty to do a Mountain Bike race with him at Solitude! It was so fun to watch and Cory took first place. NERFIS!!! Steele Days Carnival. The kids LOVED this. Like so much more than we thought they would. We could have used twice as many tickets. I even got Josh to ride my all time favorite ride–The Zipper. But this Zero gravity was a favorite of the kids! Blake gave a couple tickets to the younger kids, so he got to try this shooting game. The object was to obliterate the paper so there was ZERO star showing. Lazy mornings with Dash. He slept with Josh while Halle was at EFY SNOW CONES! Dash and his cousin Frodo Josh’s fan club watching his Tennis tournament at the end of BYU Tennis camp. HE WON! 24th of july fun The next generation swimming in the Christensen pool. So many memories. Cadence, Blake, and Sam got along GREAT. I had to beg Blake to go with me, and then in the end he didn’t want to leave. Blake tried BYU Lacrosse camp and had a ton of fun! And almost died of heat in all that gear and 90+ weather Fish Pedicure. Me, Grandma and Halle did this. Glad we tried it once. Don’t think I’d do it again. It was hilarious listening to grandma screech as the fish nibbled her feet. Cecret Lake. How beautiful is this water? The kids had a great time spotting all the Salamanders in the lake. Grandma passing on her wisdom and teaching Halle how to make her famous strawberry jam Annual weenie roast at Hanging Bridge. This year was particularly exciting because it POURED on us. Luckily we’d already eaten our hot dogs. But no smores. So fun for Josh and Bode to do camp together. But first, a stop in Greely to pick up our brand new Leaf!! They broke it in with a nice long nap. Hike to Mary, Martha and Catherine Lakes.
