It’s AUSTRALIA DAY!! And Banks family Christmas morning. Even with our impending trip, Santa still found these big kids on the nice list. A new monitor and gaming chair for Blake, a (new to her) laptop and new coat for Halle, and a Raspberry Pie and new shoes for Josh. Blake turned his presents into a throne, and possibly his favorite gift was the crabby patty gummy lollipop from Halle.

The elves had a great idea for the kids stocking this year. There was a phone, along with some riddles. The kids solved the riddles to open the phone. On the phone there was a note leading the kids to an airtag. The kids were supposed to follow the airtag to find their stockings. But….technology fail….the airtag never updated its location. So, dad to the rescue. The kids found their stockings in a gully behind our house. We were kinda worried the coyotes might get to them first.

We had acai bowls and TJ chocolate croissants for breakfast, then it was full-blown packing time! Before we knew it we were off to the airport to start our Australian adventure. Yay!!
