July 2024 recap
Sunday Funday. Spikeball and some very competitive Knockout! 
Hanging with the cousins. We made MAgic Water Elf gel squishies and then set up the sea serpent for some water fun. We invited Jane and Luke to join us and my favorite moment was when we were all in the backyard making our gel creatures singing songs from Hamilton at the top of our lungs. 
Sunday puppy walk 
We finally decided to get rid of Halle’s baby cradle. We are pretty sure it’s full of lead or asbestos :). Blake had a fantastic time hacking it apart with his $5 Walmart Machete 
Happy Birthday Sarah! 
No kids wanted to go to the ballon festival, so the three of us went without them! We got donuts and had a great time! 
Story: The Leaf is not equipped to make it to WY. We had to stop to charge 3 different times. It was a disaster. Josh really wanted to get fireworks from WY, so that’s what we did. Minus EV anxiety, we had a great time despite getting back only a few min before dark right on the 4th of July. 
Redonkeylous Shave Ice is going strong! Blake had 2 block parties and sold at the pool over the 3rd and 4th of July. 
Sarah’s birthday celebration in Lyons. We had a blast tubing the river and having a gourmet picnic
Casa Bonita! We had to go see if it lived up to its newly renovated hype. We did have a pretty darn fun time.
THE wedding. The one we’ve all been talking about for an entire year. It did not disappoint. Kari was an exquisite mother of the groom, Kaleb and Madysen had the sweetest vows I’ve ever heard, and the dance party was Epic. Sure love these friends of mine. Can’t believe we are entering the WEDDING years!
