Sept 2021 recap
IT HAS BEEN THE BEST FALL EVER!! So, so much fun, joy and pride watching the kids do what they love. Josh rocking the tennis court, Halle being a SUPERSTAR on Stage, and Blake playing flag football and hanging with his friends. The weather’s been great, the leaves are beautiful, and I am HAPPY!
He did it! Blake got his covid vaccine. He has a very real fear of needles. So we practiced, we breathed, and the thing that got him over the edge was that CO was offering $100 gift card to Walmart for anyone who got a vaccine. Thanks to a very patient firefighter and ex-Marine, it is done. He bought a mini fridge and a 12 pack of Mountain Dew and a 12 pack of yoo-hoo with his gift card.

Playing Hookie from life to come spend the day on the McBride’s new boat. It was fantastic. The hubbies came too, but they didn’t get a pic. 
9/11 Day of Service. Rusty is the Just Serve specialist in our Stake. They arranged a blood drive, thank you cards and treats to first responders, and a huge food drive. Can’t believe it’s been 20 years since the towers fell. 
Josh’s school load. Backpack, tennis stuff, saxophone and breakfast. 
Blake, Megan and Brody did the one chip challenge. This is the spiciest chip in the world. You have to eat it and then see how long you can go before drinking a glass of milk. I think Brody won.

The stars aligned and Grandma and Grandpa got to come for a visit and see all the
