With no concerts and school activities, we had a little more time to spend as a family this year. It was nice!
Erie Parade of Lights. They did it drive by style at the Calvary Bible Church. I thought it was so nice that they got creative and still held the parade. We did miss watching our kids play in the band! Seran Wrap game! This year in addition to the usual prizes, I added gift cards to nearby restaurants. It was a hit! Packing Home Welcoming kits for the Denver Rescue Mission We got to watch Leo get Baptized via Zoom! It’s really neat to be able to be involved from afar! Usually a port a potty in your yard is not cause for excitement. But it is for me because it means we are getting the basement finished! Christmas in Color. We stopped by McDonalds on the way home for “spicy sprite.” Blake got to drive at Christmas in Color. Dash is so glad when the tree goes up. He loves to snuggle inside. Cookie decorating for the girls, and building graham cracker houses for the boys. Blake’s primary teacher dropped off this cute kit! Halle’s cookies were so cute! She especially loved her Baymax snowman Rusty hiked near Brianard Lake for his “adventure day.” It was cold and windy! Halle bought me this beautiful arrangement after work at King Soopers one day. I love it so much! It looked beautiful on our table all Dec long Top Golf! This was so fun. We got tons of food and played the evening away. Our favorite game was “Angry Birds.” Walk on the Sunday before Christmas. I blasted Tabernacle Choir Christmas songs the whole time. It was peaceful and wonderful. Blake’s dream come true. A german shepherd puppy! Lucky Wrights! I made THE CINNAMON ROLL. And I have to say, it came out pretty perfect! Halle made a scavenger hunt for her friends to find their presents. It was so cute. The cutest dog in the history of ever. Live nativity at a church in Broomfield. It was cute. And there was funnel cake. We got a new game! Disney Villains. It’s really fun! BEST SUNDAY OF THE YEAR! Christmas Bingo. This year the blackout prize was a mini pinata filled with candy. Max and Luke tied, and we didn’t know who was really first. Max was so sweet and gave the prize to Luke. The dogs feeling sad that they were not wanted during Bingo. When you can’t go to to lunch, how do you celebrate with your besties? A morning walk with a stop at Starbucks for a warm drink.
