The Owens knew we were going to be in Idaho, only about 30 min from their cabin in Montana.  They invited us to come spend the day with them after our family reunion was over.  And we’re so glad they did!  We had such a fun time learning their family history, seeing the old family cabins and experiencing the beauty of their new one.  What a fun and special place to vacation.  We hung out on the beautiful lake all day boating to our hearts content and then Sam’s sister, Margaret, made us a delicious dinner and we gabbed the night away.  It was such a perfect day.  Loved every minute of it.  And all that sun and boating made the kids nice and drowsy for the long drive home the next day.  Love these fun friends of ours!If I was told that any future babies would be like Sammy, I’d have 5 more.  He is my favorite!  Look at those sparkly, sweet eyes!
